Christmas self promotion

For Christmas 2025, we donated to St Mungo’s homeless charity on behalf of ourselves and everyone we’d worked with that year, then sent a small seasonal reminder to clients in the post.

The idea was bBrrr — part donation, part Christmas gift, part cold-weather joke. A small thank you with a little more warmth behind it.

bBelief in giving. The mailer was designed to feel simple, personal and low-key. For Christmas, bB became bBrrr and clients received a pair of custom socks packaged with stickers and a card explaining the donation to St Mungo’s.

The copy kept the tone direct and warm. We’d swapped traditional client gifts for a charitable donation, but still wanted to send a small, personal Christmas gift.

Sock shots. Once the boxes landed, the socks started coming back to us — not in the post, but in photos!

Clients sent sock shots from homes, studios, sofas and Christmas downtime, turning a small thank you into something shared, worn and remembered. Socks became conversations — clients remembered the gesture and kept us front of mind.
